How early should I send my release?
As early as you can. Platforms need time to review deliveries, and some opportunities depend on lead time, so we plan the date with you.
Do I need my own ISRC and UPC codes?
No. If you already have codes we keep them; if not, we assign them before delivery.
Can I keep my music off social platforms?
Yes. You choose whether your music is available on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and similar services.
Will my streams and playlists carry over after a transfer?
We preserve them as far as technically possible, but how they carry over depends on each platform and cannot be guaranteed.
